What began as The Elite Peasant has grown into something simpler: my own name, Nicole Ronco. The name has evolved, but the heart of it has not.

A philosophy, first ...

The Elite Peasant was always more than a brand. It was a belief: that we can be ethical, responsible, and sustainable without ever compromising excellence. That we can commit to healthy living without deprivation or discomfort. That a beautiful, grounded life is not a luxury reserved for a few, but a practice available to all of us.

That philosophy is the thread through everything I do. As I have grown as a teacher, a mentor, and now an author, the work has expanded, but the values have stayed exactly the same. So I brought it all under my own name, where it belongs.

Yoga:  I teach in two directions: guiding students onto the mat, and mentoring the teachers who lead them.

For students, my classes are restorative for the soul and tailored to you: private sessions, corporate wellness, and special classes or events, always focused on connecting mind, body, and breath, custom and catered to all levels. I also create custom yoga for special occasions, from birthdays to bridal parties and beyond.

For yoga teachers, I offer mentorship and practical tools to help you plan with intention, find and pitch opportunities, and build a teaching practice that is sustainable and truly yours. Whether you are newly certified or years in, my goal is to help you teach with more confidence and get paid for the work you love.

 

Author: I am the author of The Empowered Yoga Teacher, a practical guide to the part of teaching that training tends to skip: planning classes students love, finding and pitching opportunities, pricing your worth, choosing a niche, and building a brand that books itself.
